Property Options will provide you with a professional, accurate and free rental assessment. We will advise on presentation of your property in order to achieve the maximum rent, hassle free tenants within a speedy time frame.

Your property will be professionally photographed and advertised on all the principle property web sites.

We will also source from our large data base of prospective tenants. Viewings are carried out at daytime and evening to attract the widest possible spectrum of potential tenants. We will thoroughly vet incoming tenants and check previous landlord, bank and work references, google name search. We will collect one month’s deposit and one month’s rent in advance.

We will set up a standing order; the rent will be electronically transferred to your account on the 1st day of each month.

A lease as recommended by the Irish Property Owners Association is drawn up, a full Inventory is included, special conditions can be attached if requested by the landlord.

We will process a signed PRTB form on behalf of Landlord. We will transfer all Utilities (Gas, electricity, refuse provider, Broadband) to the incoming tenant’s names & organise for BER assessment.
